Are the side rails required with a Collapsible Crate?

Yes.

Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?

The Collapsible Crate isn’t for escape-prone or anxious dogs. Though stronger than wire crates, its hinges and folding design aren’t ideal for them. For destructive or escape-artist dogs, we recommend our specially designed High Anxiety Crate.

Do you cover dog damage?

We do not cover dog damage on the Collapsible crate model, only on the High Anxiety crate.
