My bed arrived flat and doesn’t look like the product photos. The sides don’t stand up high. Is this a defect?

Not a defect – beds are vacuum‑packed. Simply pat, knead, push filling from centre to edges, adjust sides, and shake to restore shape. For extra loft, tumble dry low for 5–10 min. Allow 24–48 hours for full expansion – it will match the photos.

How to choose the right size?

For the best fit, measure your pet’s curled‑up length, then find our size chart for help! Guide: 20x20in – cats, Chihuahuas, Poms; 23x23in – Pugs, Shih Tzus; 26x26in – Corgis, Frenchies; 30x30in – Beagles; 36x36in – German Shepherds & Bulldogs.

How to wash and care for the bed?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, low heat dry. For 36×36, remove outer cover and wash separately; other sizes wash whole bed. After unboxing, fluff and air 24–48h to restore fullness.

How does this bed support my pet’s comfort and reduce anxiety?

Raised bolsters support head/neck; thick base cushions joints – great for seniors, injured pets, puppies. Nest shape & soft fabric mimic mother’s fur, creating a calm haven during thunderstorms or fireworks.
