Which size should I choose?

Measure your dog in their usual resting position and leave room to shift. Inside sleeping areas: S 11 × 11 in, M 18 × 18 in, L 21 × 21 in, XL 25 × 25 in. Weight is a secondary guide; breed alone does not determine size.

Can I wash the bed?

Machine wash the whole bed in a large mesh laundry bag (not included) on a gentle, low-temperature cycle. Tumble dry low, then shake and fluff. Always follow the care label. The cover is not removable.

Why does the bed look flat when it arrives?

The bed is vacuum packed for shipping. Allow up to 48 hours to fully expand. When new, 10–20 minutes in the dryer on low heat can help it fluff. Always follow the care label.

Is the bed waterproof?

No. Only the base is water-resistant. The faux-fur top and fill are not.

Is it suitable for dogs that chew?

It is not intended for aggressive chewers.
