Product description
What is the Load Up Harness designed to do?
The Load Up Harness is built strong for sudden vehicle movements, offering a comfortable, easy-to-use restraint. It helps secure your dog, aligning with state laws that require pets to be restrained in the back seat.
What makes the Load Up Harness different from other vehicle restraint harnesses for dogs?
It uses strength-rated hardware and places the seatbelt attachment low on the back. This unique design allows dogs to sit/stand comfortably and keeps them in a safer, upright position during sudden braking or impact.
Has the Load Up Harness been crash tested? Under what parameters?
Yes. As part of our product development process, we tested prototypes at MGA Research Corporation, an independent test facility. Testing confirmed the design is a structurally sound and secure restraint that performs as intended.
How do I size the Load Up Harness for a secure fit?
Measure your dog’s girth at the widest part of their rib cage. The harness is built with four points of adjustment for a precise fit. A properly sized harness ensures maximum safety and comfort during vehicle travel.
How does the Load Up Harness connect to the car’s seat belt?
The harness features a single, universal seat belt loop that attaches directly to the existing vehicle seat belt. This ensures quick, simple installation and keeps your dog securely anchored to the bench or seat during the duration of your travel.
